Halloween can be a fun and exciting time for children and adults alike, but like any event, it comes with potential dangers. As you prepare this year its recommended to keep you kids safe. Don't lose your kids! (They don't like that) . Some potential dangers associated with Halloween include:
1.**Road Accidents**
Many children are out and about during trick-or-treating. This increases the risk of pedestrian accidents, especially if children dart out between parked cars or cross streets without looking. Going in groups and keep and eye on the little ones.
2. **Costume Hazards:**
Costumes that are too long can be a tripping hazard. Masks can also obscure vision. Similarly it could be difficult to identify your own kids from the multiple wizards and Ghosts. Remember, many the costumes manufactured are identical making it difficult . Consider marking your kids with an identifying marker and to differentiate your kids from all the other Ghosts or werewolves on the streets.
3. **Unsafe Candy or Treats:**
There's always the risk of receiving tampered treats. It's essential to inspect candy before consumption.
4. **Fire Hazards:**
Jack-o'-lanterns and other decorations can be a fire hazard, especially if real candles are used inside them. Artificial lights are available. if you must . Better yet save the pumpkins for more pies!
